The Volunteers of America Children's Center provides quality care and educational programs for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years of age, including:
- Early Childhood Programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Early Head Start
- Head Start ( full- and half-day)
- Universal Pre-K
- Before & After School Programs
- Full-Day Summer Camp
- 21st Century Learning Program - Free After-School Program for School #5 Students
The Children's Center offers families and children quality, affordable care that includes access to state-of-the-art facilities and programs. The Children's Center is nationally accredited and offers:
An infant and toddler wing to meet the needs of small children
Before & After School Programs
School-age classrooms that provide the tools for creativity and learning
Three (3) age appropriate, secure outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playground
A fully staffed kitchen to provide healthy meals
Lots of room to play, inside and outside
