Volunteers of America helps more than 10,000 people throughout Western and Central New York each year. Our mission is to enable people in our community to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential.

We Need Your Help to provide 70 children in need with scholarships for care during the summer months. So far we've raised $5,800 but we have a long way to go to reach our goal of $112,000. As homelessness and poverty in the Rochester area continues grow, families are faced with a shortage of safe, affordable housing.
